Dr. John Bitner, MD, is an owner and Medical Director of Elase Medical Spas. Dr. Bitner is a Double Board-Certified facial plastic surgeon, treating patients in Layton Utah.
We proudly refer our clients to Dr. Bitner for all of their facial cosmetic surgery needs. He has treated many of our own team members and our families. Dr. Bitner takes great care of each patient and creates beautiful, natural outcomes. ABOUT DR. BITNER
Dr. Bitner graduated from the Roland Franklin University/The Chicago Medical School in Chicago, Illinois. He achieved great success during medical school, graduating with a 4.0 GPA, ranking number one in his class, and scoring the highest USMLE step-1 board score in the history of the school. During medical school, he earned both a PhD (physiology and biophysics) and an MD degree. He was selected as a member of Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) and the medical honor society during his junior year.
Dr. Bitner performed his residency at the prestigious and world-renowned Mayo Clinic, after which he participated in a coveted fellowship program to further hone his skills in the area of facial plastic surgery. Dr. Bitner is the only physician in the state of Utah, and one of only a handful of physicians in the world, who is fellowship trained in both facial plastic surgery and hair restoration surgery.
