Going forward, your benefits will all be a flat percentage off the value of ALL treatments and products (except half syringes of filler) at Elase. Beauty bank discounts cannot be combined with other promotions. That said, during some member-exclusive promotions or events, discount stacking will be available, and the terms of that promotion will outline the details. If a promotion offers a lower rate than your membership discount, you can take advantage of it as long as the promotion terms do not explicitly say “new clients only”.

If a better promotion is not available, your membership discount can be applied to Laser Hair Removal and CoolSculpting packages. If you have money in your beauty bank, it can be used toward a paid in full package, however a separate payment plan must be set up if financing LHR or CS (beauty bank contributions will continue monthly in a separate transaction).

No! All memberships have an initial term of three months. After that, your membership is month-to-month and can be canceled with 30 days written notice.

Yes, you can freeze a membership for up to three months out of any 12-month period. Before you opt to freeze, remember that you can always use your beauty bank towards product purchases to continue your skincare regimen at home, even if you aren’t receiving regular treatments. If you choose to freeze, you are still able to visit the clinic and use any banked dollars you have in your account, but you do not have access to membership discounts or initiation or anniversary perks while your membership is frozen.

No, you can still use the funds available in your beauty bank toward any product or treatment purchase at Elase. However, if your membership is canceled, you are no longer eligible to receive the discounts associated with your membership.
